Where are you based?
We’re in Perth, Western Australia.
Where are your products made?
In Europe. We are (and will be) sourcing European labels only. You can read more about them here
Do your products run true to size?
Yes, we use standard Australia sizing. Click to view our size chart
How should I wash my items?
Read the garment care label carefully which contains maintenance instruction symbols. You can use ordinary washing powder but never use fabric softener as it can cause a reduction in the life of fine fibres.
Do you have a satisfaction guarantee?
Absolutely. If you’re not happy with the product (whether it’s the size, quality, colour - anything!) get in touch with us within 30 days of order to organise a return or exchange.
The product I want is out of stock, are you getting it back in?

Do you ship overseas?
Yes, we offer worldwide shipping.
How much does shipping cost?
Within Australia, the shipping is free of charge when the order is over AUD 100. When the order is less than AUD 100, the shipping is AUD 7.
Shipping to New Zealand is free of charge when the order is over AUD 150. When the order is less than AUD 150, the shipping is AUD 15.
Shipping to the rest of world is free of charge when the order is over AUD 200. When the order is less than AUD 200, the shipping is AUD 20.
We use Express Post for every order, and the order is trackable. Australia Post guarantees next business day delivery within the Express Post delivery network and fastest possible delivery for other areas. We ensure you that we will do everything to make it real.
What modes of payment do you accept?
You can pay via Visa, MasterCard, American Express (both debit and credit cards) and PayPal. We also offer Afterpay
Is ordering through your website safe?
Yes, we have SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) certification which creates an encrypted link between our server and your browser. In simple terms, it means you’ll have a secure connection when purchasing through our website.
When will my order ship?
We know you’re impatient to receive your onelike package from us (we would be too!) so if you place your order before 2 pm AWST (Perth time), it’ll be processed on the same day. Orders placed after 2 pm will be processed the next business day.
I changed my mind! Can I change or cancel my order?
As mentioned above, we work fast - so if you did need to change your order, you'd need to contact us right away.
Do you offer returns or exchanges?
Yep. It’s important to us that you’re 100% happy, so whether you had a problem with your item or you simply don’t like it, get in touch within 30 days of order to organise a return or exchange. We offer refunds on returned items, but you’ll need to cover the cost of shipping for the change of mind returns.
